Another wonderful entertaining book on tape. The story is true to Ann B Ross's line of books. The book on tape was in excellent condition.

In my opinion this story would make a wonderful movie with plenty of action and humor--it's one of the best Miss Julia adventures yet. The last scene in Florida had me laughing until the tears rolled. I love a mystery but don't like dead bodies and this fit the bill perfectly.

I actually heard the audiobook and the woman who read it made all the difference and really made it come alive! The kids ended up crawling in bed with me and we all laughed ourselves silly.
A delight to read a mystery without a murder along
with decorum and class expected of a well-bred southern. Made it a family experience.

Miss Julia has another adventure when her wedding rings are stolen and she goes to Florida to attempt to retrieve her jewelery (and others) from a professional gang. The story may be a bit over the top, but Miss Julia and the other regulars make this a very enjoyable read.

Loved it! Miss Julia is my kind of woman. I did miss Sam and Hazel Marie in this book.
