Product Description Long one of the most beloved concertos in the violin repertoire, this work features important formal innovations that place it on a par with the most significant works in the genre, including the violin concertos of Beethoven and Brahms. An utterly carefree mood permeates the work, one of the most lyrical of the composer’s instrumental pieces. Reproduced from authoritative Breitkopf & Härtel edition.

Too small, 2006-03-11 Thinking I was receiving a "usual" sized music book, I was surprised when I received something much smaller, making it difficult to read the music. If I were to use it, I'd have to copy it to a much larger size.
One of the best violin concertos of all time..., 2000-10-22 Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in E minor is perhaps one of the most well known pieces in the history of western music. The lyrical blends with the virtuoistic. This book contains the full score to the concerto, so if you're looking to play the solo part this is probably not for you.
